Benjamin Herendeen
Rhode Island Court Records - Husb, Wife, Joseph & Sarah. Benjamin received 25 acres of land at Providence in 1646. Tradition says he was a refugee to Rhode Island at age 15. All records of Benjamin showed his mark, not a signature.
