#1 Guardian Record of Jared Tozer

Picture #1 is from the Simsbury Connecticut Probate Records, dated 28 March 1780, and reads as follows "Likewise Joel Higley of said Simsbury appeared and accepted of guardian to Jared Tozer of said Simsbury a minor of about 16 years of age, having no father to direct and Ord[e]r him, and ye said Joel gave bond of 1000.00? pounds silver money at 6/8 ounce in manner accustomed."
