Will of Benjamin Ives - Litchfield Probate District. Will written 7 May 1754;  Oath of Witnesses 8 Jul 1754, probated 29 Aug 1754;  Inventory July 1754, Vol 1, pg 56, 94, 95, 103.  Also Probate packet.
Harwinton Land records - Benjamin left a piece of land in Harwinton that was distributed to the heirs thru land records.
Death date of Hannah Moss Ives Atwater is evidently incorrect.  Probate of Hannah Atwater, Wallingford District, vol 3, page 238, 12 Apr 1787, late of Cheshire - 8 shares - Asaph, Enos, Hinan, Titus, Mehitable, Lineus, Keziah, Anna - all of these children of Enos and Hannah Atwater.  None of the Ives children are given in her probate.  Also the cemetery stone of Hannah shows that she was the wife of Enos Atwater (1716-1784), and born 1722, died 27 Feb 1787.

Also agreement dated 22 May 1786 - Reuben, William, Thomas & Ambrose.
